I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail and value for money at this hotel. The staff were amazing, and their ability to speak Mandarin and English made my stay even more enjoyable. I also loved that my room had a balcony, which offered a nice view of the surroundings.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was more than okay.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk away from a variety of restaurants, shopping streets, and major bus stops. During my xmas stay, the hotel offered an excellent location. It was just a few minutes of walk away from the popular shopping sites, including the Shilla Duty Free Complex. there was a bus stop nearby, which made the transportation convenient. the room was located on the 19th level, and offered an amazing view of the main city of the island, which I loved. the parking in the basement was a value-added advantage.

The room was uncomfortably hot, despite the air conditioning set to the lowest temperature. the staff was not very helpful, and lied to us about the taxi service, which made things difficult for us in the morning.

This hotel has a great location, with plenty of nearby eateries and shops. the beds are comfortable and the rooms are of fair size. some rooms have a nice view from the 16th floor. While the blinds in the bathroom could be improved, the bathroom is clean and has everything needed. the staff is friendly and brought towels when requested.

The front desk staff's poor English skills made communication difficult and there were issues with the TV remote not having English indications.

Location is fantastic with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and transportation. The hotel has an amazing parking facility and helpful staff. The room was spacious and had a great view.

The hotel also had an universal plug for various adapters. Despite a slight smell of smoking in the non-smoking room, everything else about the stay was great.
